Terms and Conditions of Hotel Vila Ombak
Family Plan
- Maximum 2 children under 12 years old are permitted to share the same room with parents free of charge (room only). Child breakfast is as per restaurant menu. In view of the bedding configuration, only Deluxe Bungalow or Deluxe Family Bungalow can accommodate family travelers or three adult occupant.
- Baby under 2 years old is free of charge including baby cot.
Check-out Time
- Official checkout time is 12 o'clock. Extension by prior arrangement only. 50% of contracted rate will be charged for any extension until 6 pm, after which a full day rate will be applied.
Value Added
(Under the condition that the hotel is being notified in advance upon reservation)- Birthday celebration: A birthday cake, fruit & flower and fruit punch cocktails for two persons.
- Wedding anniversary: A cake, fruit, flowers, and fruit punch cocktails for two persons.
- Honeymooners: Balinese wedding decorations in / outside the room, flower arrangements, a honeymoon cake and fruit punch cocktail for two persons.
Rates
- All rates are quoted in American dollars and are subject to 21% government tax and service charge, and subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
- No charge for any cancellation made 7 days (regular season) and 14 days (high season) prior to arrival date.
- Less than 3 days notice and / or voluntary “no show” will be charged in full for the total of room nights booked.
Terms of Payment
- Personal account: Cash upon check out is acceptable provided that the guests can guarantee the confirmed booking by credit card (Visa, Master and / or AMEX card only).
